Completely sealed and water-free maintenance; no acid gas andenvironment friendly.
It has adopted colloid electrolyte technology, avoiding densitystratification problem of acid solution and eliminating platecorrosion and passivation caused by density stratification.
Applied with German Gel formula, grid alloy and unique plateformula, the battery is performed very well in cycling and recoveryfrom deep discharge, especially in rainy days.
More suitable for using in harsh condition than AGM battery as therich electrolyte inside of the Gel battery makes it working stablein high temperature or over charge.
Good performance in cold environment and the battery capacitydecreases little when using in low temperature.
Little self discharge because of the super-pure material and thelow density of the electrolyte, it can be stored over 6 months.
Battery Constructions
1. Positive and negative plates
Positive and negative plates consist of active mass and alead-calcium alloy grid structure.
2. Retainer, adjusting plate
Unwoven glass fiber cloth, with a high oxidation and heatresistance, is used to offer superior electrolyte absorption andretaining ability and satisfactory ion conductivity.
3.Safety valve
The safety valve opens when there is an abnormal increase ininternal pressure caused by overcharging or misusage. Gas isreleased from the battery to return the pressure back tonormal.
4.Container and covers
Container and covers are made of ABS or PP resin, with superiorstrength and acid resistance characteristics. The container andcovers are sealed to prevent electrolyte and gas leakage.

1.Switch off the engine and keep sparks flames cigarettes away from battery at all timesbefore removing the old battery .
