Extruder: High speed, high efficiency extrusion single screwextruder is specially designed for extrude PE material. Groovedbarrel, equipped with the lower noise fan, high speed and hard gearreducer. The inner and outer layers of the corrugated pipe areindependently feed material by two extruders. It can make the innerand outer layers produce different material and guarantee highefficiency extrusion.

Die head: It is composite die head and made of 40Cr, plating chromeand polishing. This die head makes the inner and outer layer wallthickness even and forming stability.

Cutting machine: Automatically cutting, effective cutting, highspeed, low noise and dustless cutting and so on many advantages
