In order to solve the presentproblems (lack of laborers and reduce manual operation), ourscientific personnel successfully developed the production line forautomatically or semi-automatically carding cotton, conveying andstuffing cotton.
Main functions: After putting the whole-bag raw cotton (about 250kgeach bag) into fiber carding machine, the machine willautomatically card cotton. And the machine can solely curd cottonas well as used with fiber stuffing machine which can be placedanywhere in different floor. Through the pipe connected the fiberfeeding machine can convey the carded cotton into the fiberstuffing machine. One fiber carding machine can supply severalstuffing machines. With automatic operation system, the stuffingmachine can automatically turn on when it is no cotton, andautomatically shut down feeding cotton system when it is full ofcotton.Applicable to the followingcompanies: fiber factory, fiber carding factory, toy factory,furniture factoryetc.                                                                   Applicable to thefollowing products: fiber stuffing products such as toy, pillow,sofa, seat cushion etc.
