This granule line is specialized for making EVA granules. Whenwith the same specification kneader and mixing mill, they form acomplete assembly line, which consists of plasticizing, extrusion,granulizing, cooling, filtration and packing. In order to keep awayfrom the characteristic of EVA material-easily to form in hightemperature and high pressure extruding environment, we make somespecial designs on the structure of the screw, the heating system,circulation water cooling system and also on a set of highsensitive temperature detector to precisely control the extrudertemperature, and to avoid of the foaming and color difference ofEVA material in extruding and to maker finished granules eveningappearance. This granule line is stable in operation with highefficiency and the granules of which is widely used as EVA shoematerials and in other industries.
