Product Description:
The PEAKGAS Jumbo Regulator in connection with the SRG cylindervalve reduces the high gas pressure in the cylinder to the lowservice pressure. The double stage design ensures an excellentregulator performance and characteristic. The regulator can beequipped with a pressure relief valve in the low pressure stage,opening at a nominal pressure of 150mbar.
The body and cover of this regulator form a sealed unit afterassembly in order to prevent any external interference which mayaffect the regulating mechanism.
The regulator can be equipped with a flow limiter which cuts offthe gas flow automatically at approx 1500 l air/hr. (under normalcylinder pressure) in case of ruptured gas tubing or the gas tubingis pulled off. After cut-off the gas escape is limited to maximum35 l air/hr.
No tools are required to connect the regulator to the valve.
Materials and Standards:
The PEAKGAS Jumbo Regulator is made of a zinc die casting (bodyand cover) and other corrosion resistant and LPG-proof materialssuch as brass, stainless steel and acetal resin.
The rubber materials used are developed and produced accordingto the requirements of EN 549 as well as inaccordance with PEAKGAS’s own stringent specifications.

PEAKGAS’s quality-control system carries an ISO9001 certificate and is continually assessed by theNotified Body.
Capacity: Rated for inlet pressure of between0,3 and 16 bar the regulator has a capacity of 1,5 kg gas/hr.
Packaging: The PEAKGAS Jumbo Regulator comespacked separately in a folding box. The folding boxes are packed incardboard boxes.
