1. The buyer send thedrawings to Kelong, or offer the photos, main parameters,dimensions and other information of the refrigerator,air-condition, etc.
2. Kelong tech. dept. issued the drawings according to theinformation offered by buyer. And send it for buyer's/confirm/iation.
3. Kelong sends the quotation to buyer after receipt of thecomfirmation of drawing by buyer.
4. After the buyer accept the price, kelong arrange sampleproducing, then send it for test and evaluation by buyer whenready.
5. Kelong request buyer to offer the test result. And Kelong willupdate the design according to the test result. Then send the newsample if customer's request.
6. After receipt of the final confirmation of the product bybuyer.  Kelong and the buyer could start the mass producingcooperation
