FEATURES:

Undercarriage with expandable and removable tracks by means ofhydraulic cylinders, which guarantee exception stability in anytype of ground. It has considerable traction force which allowseasy movement even in the most difficult job sites.

Turret CATERPILLAR Tier 3, disel engine and sound proofedcanopy, mounted on a 360 degree slew ring. The CAT hydraulic systemis made in order to exploit the power of the diesel to the most andinroder to guarantee maximum performance.

The winches are positioned in the lower part of the mast, infront of the cabin, so that the operator can constantly check theproper operation. Thanks to the fact that the cable moves parallelyto the mast, flection is not created on the upper part of the mastand operating life of the cable is therefore much longer.

New design parallelogram system, computer optimized design andsimplified pin connection system featured with nice appearance,great driving force and good stability, especially shaped to fitcrowd system, allowing working radius adjustment always maintainingthe mast in vertical position. The parallelogram system is easilyfor convenient transform between transportation and workingconditions.

Self-erecting mast, high level anti-shock technology andhigh-strenth material steel attribute to that max torque can beapplied all over the mast length. Multipurpose design for cylindercrowed system. Sensor and control center realize real-timemeasurement of the inclination angle, auto adjustment of mastverticality and inching adjustment.

Crowd system is by means of long stroke hydraulic cylinder.

Rotary head with variable displacement motors and one high spinoff speed. And rotary is extremely reliable, it has been disgned inorder to gurantee a very compact, efficient and powerful rotary.The transmission group of rotary is made up of a hydraulic motorand new power shift purposely studied and designed to obtainmaximum perfomance. During the drilling phase, the rotary has theentire power of the diesel at its complete disposal. Adapter ofrotary is essential to absorb the considerable shock connected tothe high speed of the main winch.

Electronic controlling system is an innovative system, developedby Osaint, which controls and monitors the operation of themachine. To ease operation the system is controlled by a touchscreen located in the cab. The system’s function is to enable themachine to perform different functions more efficiently. Adedicated power module electronic control system ensures the mainpumps and Disel engine to work at their most effective andproductive stages.
