Surfacepreparation:

  All surfaces must be free of dirt,oil,paint chalk or othercontaminant

Mildew:

  Do not paint over mildew.mildew is a fungus,brown,black,grey orwhite in color which will rapidly grow through any coating appliedover it .A solution of 50% household bleach and 50% water will killthe mildew.Rinse thoroughly.Note precautions on bleach label beforeusing.

Drying time:

   Dries to touch in30minutes and may be recoated in two hours.
