Frozen pepper dice mixed Description of peppers: Soundgreen fresh of peppers annum which have been trimmed to removecalyx,seed,cor material and bruised areas.The peppers are blanchedand passed through an Urschel Dicer set to achieve 10x10mm dicesand strips with the width 1cm and natural length.The pieces arethen frozen and handled such that the pieces are separate andfree-flowing.
