The machine has absorbed the technology from the similar productsof Germany and Itlay and adopted imported hot machine. Due to largepower, the ext rusion volume could reach 3KG. Its performance isstable. The integrated design is adopted for the preheating air andscrew extruder. The plasticizing quality is good and the moulddesign is smooth without any blockage. Also, there is no deadcorner and carbonization. The fan imported from Switzerland isinstalled to ensure large air output, adequa te heat and the basematerials will have a higher temperature prior to adhesion in orderto achieve good melting effect. The machine could be operatedsimply and light in weight, only 4kg, whichhelps to weld thepostion that is difficult to reach.

Purpose: It is mainly used for the welding of PP/PE/PVC plates,vessels and chemical tanks, the connection of pipeline, and pipebends making, connection and sealing of varioous plastic pipes, andthe making and fixing of pastic tanks, the welding of plasticsheets and the making of the pipe fittings and bends of differentshapes. In particular, it is fit for outdoor onsite operation.
