General Description
In SFJ-B depth and weight indicator, a chip microprocessor isused as a central controller. An intelligent transducer is used,which is made up of high precision and high performance transducerand high precision load transducer from Germany. The indicator isstable, high precision, high ability of interference resistance andeasy operation. It is suitable for depth and load metering indifferent situations. It is an ideal auxiliary Unit for moderndrilling rigs, workover rings and the other hoisting equipment.
Features
SFJ-B indicator is used to convert the velocity from the sheaveinto the pulse signal by using the sensor on the sheave, the loadsignal is converted into a standard electric signal by the loadsensor on the sheave, and transferred to the main machine on theoperating console through respective signal transmission line, theorientated pulse signal is turned into the displacement andvelocity data for depth indication by using the micro-processor.The standard electric signal is turned into a digital signal and isdisplayed in real-time on the panel. At the same time the testeddisplacement, velocity and load data are compared with that ofpreset data, if they excess the alarming value, an acousto-opticalarming is given (sound alarming, red LED flashes on the panel).If these tested data are restored to normal condition. Theacousto-optic alarming is released and returned to normalcondition.
