The series of parallel single disc gave valves havediversion hole .non-diversion hole and adjustment structure for mations which areapplied to natural gas , oil products , chemical engineering .cityconstruction and environment protection industries. theanti-sulphur product series are fit for high speed long deliverypipeline of seriously eroded natural gas which contains h2s mediumand much impurity .The valve body has two structures of casting andwelding . the short non-diversion hole flat gate valve adoptswelding structure , which is short in length , light -weighted andspecially fit for devices demanding light weight;The floating seatstructure makes it possible to seal both director of the valve .Thevalve seat sealing adopts double-seals. PTFE can remove granule anddirties to ensure a perfect sealing.Hard sealing surface isbuild-up welded on sealing surface with co hard alloy which resultsin a hardness of HRC44-52 to ensure sealing reliability .Valve withdiversion hole , either full-open or full-closed ,the disc will bekept in contact with seat so that the sealing surface will not bewashed out directly by mediums and the valve will become moredurable'The fire resistant design of the valve complies with API 6fa and api 607 standards. As for valves applied to hydrocarbonliquids and oil gas pipelines, to the carry these out standards wilfulfill fire fighting tasks.When the valve is in full opening , thepassage is a straight pipeline with small fluid resistancecofficient and little pressure loss. it can be cleaned by passing awool ball.The valve has got a automatic pressure relief devicewhich can ensure operation security .The valve adopts full-shutstructure which has goods protection function and can be used inall weather .
