At the project developing stage, we will do the job according tothe PPAP procedure(fourth edition) which is specified by autocardepartment of ASQC(American Society for QualityControl),AIAG,Kreisler motors company and Ford general motorscompany,and supply the PPAP report to customers (including flowchart of process,FMEA, all dimensiones inspection report,testresult of material property,measure system analysis, regular labdocuments control plan, PSW and samples).
At the production stage, we will provide the service of orderproduction management and quality control for the customer perISO9001:2008 Quality Control System standard.
At the delivery and shipment stage, we will do the Pre-shipmentQuality evaluation per the special Class S-4, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-1996Quality Inspection standard, or do the quality inspectionevaluation according to the customer's requirements, and issue theevaluation report to the customers.
