Workingprinciple:

When thematerial on the belt conveyor passes through the belt scale, theload cell detects the material weight and generates a signal inproportion to the material weight. The weight signal is transmittedto the controller. At the same time, the speed sensor installedunder the scale detects the belt speed and generates a signal whichis also transmitted to the controller. By multiplying the weightsignal and the speed signal, the instantaneous flow rate and totalaccumulation can be calculated.
