Hydraulic Static Pile Driver consists of clamping and pilingmechanism, lifting mechanism, hoisting mechanism, hydraulic system,electric system, etc, with the functions of hoisting, pressing,walking and steering.
Application Scope

A. the patented pileclamping mechanism and its control system makes pile clampingreliable, keeps pile from being
damaged, and can allow thin-wall-pile be driven easily.1 set ofclamping jaw is composed by 4 pieces of blocks, which areseparately and directly driven by 4 pieces of oil cylinders in theclamping box. There are auto-swing mechanisms behind the clampingjaws. If clamping jaws don’t hold the pile in the right way,auto-swing mechanisms can adapt the clamping blocks to keep fulltouch in the surface of pile. As a result, the damage of pile isfully eliminated.

B. We design a support pillar under everylifting cylinder. Therefore, lifting cylinders only supply thepower of rise and down, avoiding its damage by steering force andlateral force during the movement of machine.

C. Two support pillars are moving on the sameguide rail, and connected by a thick stick to prevent damage causedby the lifting pressure reply on one support pillar.

D. Outside-fixed Cantilevers areconnected with the machine body by hinge axis. Its rigidity andstrength is 30% better than insert cantilevers. After using themachine for a period, you’ll find the gap between the insert jointof insert cantilevers become bigger and bigger.
