Tire mobile ship loader is new dock ship loaderequipment, and entire ship loading system is installed on anytraveling gear at any position of dock. Traveling gear adopts tiretype and it applies to load various lump, granular structure andother loose materials as well as material in pack. It consists oftraveling system, belt conveyer system, arm support system,discharging roller system, hydraulic control system, operation caband electricity supply system (movable electricity station or cablereel).

Operation principle

Ship loader travelling system adopts self-propelled drivingsystem, while drive wheels use heavy load truck tire. There arelongitudinal, lateral and well-rounded types of driving systemaccording to user investment scale and dock working status. It isnecessary to move vessel when load materials with longitudinalwalking system because it is convenient to move equipment; whenload

materials with lateral walking equipment, equipment movesparallel with the vessel. It is convenient on loading efficiency,but not the case for facility relocation; all-dimensional style cansolve above problem, but it is with high cost. Traveling system iscontrolled by operating arm in cab. 

A support point is installed on both front and back side of shiploader. When ship loader is moved in place and starts to loadmaterials, front and back support point should be lifted withhydraulic cylinder  to pretect the tire.  For ship loaderthat adopts lateral direction walk mode, back support point shouldserve as axis to switch direction of entire equipment. Belt feederis installed on the arm support frame of ship loader, and itsfeeding mouth is linked with feeding machine. Materials go throughfeeder of ship loaders and blanking at swing hose cylinder, andthis is the whole process to fulfill continuous vessel loadingoperation. When loading materials with ship loader, double cylindersupport arm is used to do pitching motion as a way to lower downthe height of blanking point and reduce the crash impact betweencabin and materials; cylinder stroke is determined by vesselfreeboard, and it should guarantee bracket of ship loader can crossover the board. Through moving ship loader and hose cylinder swingor fabric rotation, materials can be allocated at each corner ofcabin, since ship loader is moved so convenient that cabin closingor covering at any position can be fulfilled.  Ship loader isequipped with movable power station, and that makes ship loader beoperated more flexible. No matter if shore supply is available orthe degree of frequency voltage, ship loader can all workindependently.
