  IDirections for Use

 

Thefilling machine adopts two methods of filling:

Thefirst method of filling:

Checkif the connection of hose is firm.

Powersource is turned on is turned on.

Intrial run, the machine should be earthed. After energization, putthe machine to a trial run to see if the air pump turns to therequired direction.

Whencontainers of different volume are filled, the rubber seal loopover the bottom of the port should be in alignment with the inletof the container in line with the height of the cylinder anddifferent aperture.

1. Whenfilling is done, valve in the bottom of the cylinder should beopened
2. Measurein combination with“subtraction weighing process”.The powder sourceis placed on the scale and total weight weighed. Weighing is fixedon: Total weight known----weight to be filled = weighing positionto be ascertained.

Thismeasurement is the “Subtraction Weighing Process”.

7. Turnon the start switch and the pump begins to work. Then the suctionpipe
is placed in the powder source. Powder is sucked into the powdercylinder

througha pipeline. When the weight approaches the quota, powdersuction

may bereduced properly through powder suction pipe. once the set weightis reached, the suction pipe is taken out and inserted into thebase properly.

1. Thestem of direction valve is pushed for several times so that thepowder residue in the cylinder may be removedthoroughly.
2. Thevalve is closed, powder cylinder is swung up and the fireextinguisher filled is removed, thus bringing the filling to anend.

10.Forprecise measurement, the filled container can be weighed again forrevision.

Thesecond method of filling:

1. Checkif the connection of hose is firm.
2. Powersource is turned on.
3. Intrial run, the machine should be earthed. After energization, putthe machine to a trial run to see if the air pump turns to therequired direction.
4. Unloadthe powder suction pipe from the dry powder –filling machine.Connect the side suction pipe over the powder suction end cover tothe powder suction port of the cylinder well.
5. Thefire extinguisher to be filled is placed on the table of electronicscale. The filling end cover is put on the extinguisher. Press thetare-reduction key and the scale will return to Oposition.
6. Turn onthe start switch and the pump will begin to work. Then the suctionpipe is inserted into powder source. Powder is sucked into the fireextinguisher through a pipeline, when the weight approaches thequota,

Powdersuction may be reduced properly through the powder suctionpipe.

oncethe set weight is reached,the suction pipe is taken out and fillingcomes

II.Maintenance

1. Anappropriate amount of 20# lubricant should be filled into thedriving parts of the elevator before each use.

2. Whenthe powder suction pipe is working, it should not be inserted toodeeply, or blockage of pipe may occur.

3. Nodry powder with serious corrosion and above-norm moisture contentcan be used against damage of equipment.

4.After each use, start the machine and push the rob of directionvalve inward for several times so that the residual dust on thefilter can be cleared away in addition to other parts of theequipment.

5.After a service life of 500 hours, check if the filer is blocked.If so, clean it up or replace it.
