Composition: This paint is made of epoxy sesin, vegetable oil acid, pigment and extender pigment.

Use: The iron red paint is expected to use on the surface of the ferrous metals. The zinc yellow paint paint is expected use on the light metal. It is suitable to use the paint in the coastal area and wet tropical area.

Characteristic: The film enjoys good adhension. The wet-resistance, saltspray-resistance and antirust will be enhanced with the phosphating primer.

Surface treatment: Wash away the water-soluble dirt and the salt.

Degrease according to the cleaning standards of SSPC—SP1 solvent.

Remove the burr and the crack. Make it smooth.

Remove the rust and the oxcide scale by sand blasting so that it can reach the standard of ISOSa2.5 ( SSPC—SP10 )or use the electric tool to reach the standard of ISOSt3.

Remove the dirt by hight pressure air before the work.

Make sure the surface is clean before the work.

Safety measure: Keep the paint from the eyes and skin. If you touch the paint, you can wash your hands by warm water or cleaning agent. If the paint hurt your eyes, you should wash your eyes with water and go to see the doctor immediately. Keep the room well ventilated. There are conbustible materials in the paint. Please keep it away from fire and don’t smoke nearby. The safety rule must be obeyed.
