FluorStrip

Introduction

Fluor Strip is made of filter paperimpregnated with highly pure fluorescein sodium solution.Sterilized by oxirane, it is nontoxic, free of side effects andnon-irritative to eye. It can replace fluorescein sodium solutionwhich is used in ophthalmic diagnosis currently. It is safe andreliable.

Application

Fluor Strip is used in detectingdamage in corneal surface, evaluating ocular adaptability to hardcontact lens, and inspecting leakage from incision caused byophthalmic surgery.   

Direction

Moisten the tip of strip (the sidewith fluorescein sodium) by 1 or 2 drops of sterile BSS orphysiological saline; touch the cornea or conjunctiva gently by thewet tip. Damaged area shall become greenyellow.

Attention

Sterile package for single use. Donot use it if the package is broken.

Each stripincludes 1 mg fluorescein sodium. 10 strips/box.
