Uses: Aluminum Sulfate used as Solidifying agent(topurify greaseand water) and stabilizer in pasteurization ofalbumin(including:Liquid or refrigerated whole egg, egg white or eggyolk), themaximum allowable use level(FAO/WHO. 1984) is 0.036%.
