• Buyer Request for Qoutation. 
• Seller send send qoutation .. After price /confirm/iation
• Seller will send Performa Invoice with stamp andSignature 
• Buyer will mark his stamp and signature and resend to seller..
• Buyer will make Advance payment of 35% or L/C at sight forConfirmation order
• Seller will shipped the Rice product and keep the original B/L andcopy will be send to buyer via fax or email for remainingBalance.
• Buyer make the balance payment for original documents.
• Seller will send the Original documents by DHL to the givenaddress.
