A. Formula
Paste: Bread flour 100%, "kangermei" health A shortening9%, milk powder 6%, water 50%.
Mixing oil: "kangermei" health A shortening60%.
B. Production procedures
1.Stir paste until its power is fully extended.
2.After mixed with shortening, roll and fold thepaste 4 times.
3.Loosen for 15-20min and roll the paste into platewith 3mm thickness.After molding out two pieces, brush eggfluid on the edge of one piece.Then put them into the stove androast in 240°C/200°C.After 10 minutes, lower the temperature into200°C/165°C.
4.Take them out, add fresh milk and decoratethem with fruits.
