All our made to measure motorbike clothing is manufactured from topquality cowhide with a thickness of between 1.2mm and 1.4mm. Doubleleather and padding is machined into all vulnerable areas, i.e.knees, hips, shoulders, elbows and backside. Seam strength isassured as double stitching comes as standard, with triplestitching in stress and impact areas. All garments are availablewith C.E approved body armour positioned to cover hips, knees,shoulders, elbows and the back. Body armour fits into pocketsinside the lining of the garments. A choice of polycotton or airtexlinings are available. These can either be stitched into thegarment, or, at an additional cost removable linings can besupplied. A choice of stud or Velcro fastening belts, position ofbelt loops, knee sliders, pockets etc. are available on all ourcustom made garments.
