Measurement
Garment Dimensions:
Lay thegarment flat and double the measurements to get the circumferenceof the shirt. Compare that to your actual body measurement andallow room for movement. Manufacturers allow for a tolerance of or- 1~2cm. When in doubt or if you fall in between sizes, order asize up.
Chest ismeasured 1" below the armhole. Front and back length from highestpoint of shoulder at neck to bottom of shirt. Sleeve from center ofthe neck to the wrist.

1.Screenprint : Screen printing has advantages as it is known forcrisp colors and is ideal for large print quantities. Becauseset-up costs are higher, there is often a minimum order quantityfor screen printing. Every color that is laid down on the T-shirtrequires a screen.with using different material, it can be dividedinto " water basic print", "Gel print ", "Discharge print ","Plastisol ink print ", Gold & Silver print.
a.water basic print is using toprint in light color fabric, we will not feel the logo when touchit as if it is part of the fabric. it makes the printing morebreathable.
b.Gelprint : it can print on any color, its cover ability isstronger than waster basic print. color is bright.
c.Dischargeprint: when we want to make the logo without touch feelingon deep color fabric. this technic can achieve what wewant.
d.Plastisolink print: when we print colorful logo, mostly with complexgradual color. choose this printing technic.
e.Gold & sliver print:printing with gold and sliver material. apply to solid coloronly.

a.Sublimation print: it is oneof heat-transfer print, only works to light color 100% polyesterfabric , using digital print machine print on the transfer paperthen using high temperature press the printing onto the fabric, andfabric''s ''wicking'' characteristics are maintained. but it cannot be used for designs that require white printing.
b.DigitalPrint : If your art is a full color design and your garmentis 100% cotton, then digital print would be the technologies canimprint the t shirt.
c.Embroidery:It is the most stable technologies for logo, its cost only depondon the dimension as well as complexity. for English text, the smalldimension is 6mm (0.25") high , for Chinese font, the smalldimension is 10mm high.
d.Heattransfer : a method of transferring a desired pattern viaheat onto a substrate. but after long time wash and dry in the sun,it might be cracking.
e.Applique: need to setup amould , usually use to letters, can make combine wit emboiery tomake the logo. some fashion garment will wash the applique forparticular effect .
f.Flocking: it is a very particular effectwith yarns on the surface, usually apply to fashion ladytee.
g.RubberPrint: 3D dimension effect, it need setup a mould and pressit onto the garment with high temperature. it can make smallestletter at 1mm width. but this technologies require single color oflogo at each placement.
h.GlueTag: usually use to make logo windbreaker, jeans, and otheroutwear, it need to setup a mold and require simple colorlogo.
