Fu Cheng Hardware Manufacture Factory is aprofessional metal gift manufacturer since 2003.Our branch officeis Global Hardware plastic limited in HongKong.It is longtime that we supply the metal gifts for the Disney, America Applecompany, Wal-Mart Stores under signing contracts.Now we aredeveloping oversea business through Alibabab. Our products aremainly made of zinc-alloy, aluminum alloy, brass, iron andstainless steel. Presently, our factory consists of productdesigning department, mold tooling department, die-castingdepartment, stamping department, polishing department, assemblingdepartment, coloring department, epoxy coating department, packingdepartment, and independent quality control department.
Now, we have production equipment as follows:
1) Mold tooling equipment: 5 units CNC die carvingmachine, 2 units 3-D die
carving machine, 4 units electric dischargemachine, 2 units grinding machine, 4
units milling machine, 1 unit lathe, 10 units drillpress, 5 units tapping
machine, etc.
2) Molding machines: 5 units Zinc alloy die castingmachine of 15T/25T/88T/140T/160T
4 units aluminum alloy die casting machines of160T/280T, several 500T oil
hydraulic press machines, 6~25T punching machines,mini-punching machines,
mini-drill press and automatic Japanese fine mini-punchers.
3) Other fabricating machinery: several polishingmachines, some hand drill-press,
hand punching machines, 30 units electronic ovensand so on.
4).All the raw & auxiliary materials havepassed environmental testing, and lead
volume is within the 90PPM.The products meet therequirement of European
standard ROHS, Japanese standard NE71, Lead &cadmium -containing and
other elements for environment of American ConsumerProduct Safety
Improvement Act of 2008.
