Order Cancellations

We understand that ordering a dress for yourspecial occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellationpolicy was created with this in mind. However, it is important tonote that our dresses are customized made, and once the creationprocess has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news isthat after placing your order, there is still time to make up yourmind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below fordetails. 

Our Cancellations Policy

- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment/confirm/iation* will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders canceled 1-3 days after paymentconfirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting ofthe full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

- Orders canceled after 3 days of paymentconfirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting ofthe full shipping cost.

- once your order has been shipped, it can nolonger be cancelled.

Returning For Replacement orRefund

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check andmake sure that the dress has been made to your orderspecifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible withoutremoving the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses oraccessories, please make sure they are in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint andhair and with tags intact and attached.

Refund Policy

1.  Sizing or FittingIssues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customtailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inchin either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure thatyour dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have createdall our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minorsize modifications to be made easily. 

Should your dress size differ from thespecifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourageyou to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladlyreimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoringcosts.

Dress is the size you ordered but does notfit, then I am afraid that we cannotrefund.

2. Color Issue

Since computer screens have chromaticaberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, so wecannot promise that the color of our products will be exactly thesame as the picture you saw. There maybe a little difference of thecolors. Slight color mismatches between the color of yourdress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress isdefective or misshipped.

3. Overdue Issue

If for any reason, your order was not shippedwithin the time stated and arrives late, but not by more than 10days, you will be eligible for a complete refund, or a 30%reimbursement upon the delivery of the overdue product. If theproduct is overdue by more than 10 days, customers are eligible fora full refund.

4. Similarity Issue

Since we are OEM, we make the dresses according tothe pictures, we cannot promise to make 100% same as the originalpictures, but we can make at least 95% similar. For the realpictures of the dresses we have made, as all of our dresses arehand-sewn, there would be also a slightly difference as theoriginal, hope you can understand this difference.

Return Process

1)  Submit a return request to seller within15 days of your order’s shipment. Include an explanation andphotographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will notbe accepted without prior approval from my shop.

2)  once our sellers has approved yourrequest, please send the item and the completed Product Return Formback to us as soon as possible.

3)  once received at our facility, your returnwill be processed in 3 to 5 business days. once your return isconfirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles forit to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptablecondition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shippedback to you.
