Introduction:

This filtration plant is special for filtering waste cookingoil; it removes impurity, odor, water, acid and alcohol etc. fromoil completely and effectively. Treated cooking oil color islimpidity, oil is good smell. This filtration plant is suitable forfood factory, cooking oil factory, vegetable oil factory, it canhelp factory reclaim remnants oil. Also, TPF is a good filtrationpart for bio-diesel oil making.

 

The machine feature and working process:

1. This plant composed by two parts, one is the press filter,and other one is the vacuum oil purifier system. The press filtercan remove the big and tiny impurity; the precision of purificationcan reach to 1 Micro. The Vacuum system equips three grades filter(primary filter, mass water separator, and fine filer). All processworks under the vacuum condition.

 

2. For the primary filter, which is made of the stainlessnesssteel, it is anti-rust and anti-corrupt, it mainly removes theresidual impurity which escape from the press filter, making surethe oil have not any impurity when it goes into the water separatorand vacuum separator.

 

3. The water separator, which equips the special filter, whichmainly remove the mass water from the oil, because usually thewaste cooking oil always contains much water, so we need remove themass from the oil. After the water separator, the oil just containsthe tiny water and soluble water.

 

4. After the process of the water separator, the oil will goesinto the vacuum separator, which adopts three-dimensional duplexevaporation and film evaporation. For protecting the oil nature, itis better that the oil temperature is lower than 80 C, Because ourmachine works under the vacuum and low pressure condition, so itdon’t need heat the oil to 100 C, usually it just need heat the oilto 45 C, Then it can remove the tiny water, soluble water, acid,alcohol and other volatility liquid and so on completely andeffectively.

 

5. The fine filer, which is equips the stainlessness steelfilter, the purification hole is less then 1 Micro, which can makesure the oil is completely clear, no any impurity.
