Description:
DeaeratorPressure drop is minor than 0.01Mpa.
Material:brass, S/S, carbon steel
Specification from DN20 to DN65, and DN80
Problems in water system
Corrosion, reduced efficiency, poorly heated or inadequatelycooled rooms, unnecessarily accelerated component wear, ongoingcomplaints.
The core exposes the differences
The air separator stainless steel unique constructionallows it not just to remove large free flowing air but also thecountless micro-bubbles. Thus the air separator stainlesssteel is able to remove dissolved gases from the water therebyconditioning it to a highly absorptive state. Air problems become athing of the past.
The honeycomb net in the air separator stainlesssteel makes the difference
The honeycomb net is at the heart of the unit. It allowsthe air separator stainless steel to deaerate the water whichproduces the above mentioned advantages. The honeycomb net is madefrom soldered copper mesh which creates a very still area of waterin the air separator stainless steel. Even the smallestmicrobubbles which enter in the main stream are given theopportunity to rise. The air collects in the air chamber beforedischarged through automatic valve. Floating dirt can be removedthrough the scum valve.
ADVANTAGES
- Greatly reduced commissioning times ager initial fill, no moreventing required
- Optimum heat transfer
- Increased component life
- No oxygen based corrosion or pump cavitation
- Quiet operation
- Dirty water protector
