Presently we make more than 8000different Rubber Moulded Products for varied applications. Ourcompany uses modern manufacturing process by using Desma RubberInjection Moulding Machine & Tung yu Vacuum Moulding Machines.We are a 7 year old company, being part of the group which is inthis business since 25 years.

PRODUCTIONPROCESS
All the Raw Materials receivedby our company are subject to chemical and physical test andweighed immediately on receipt only thereafter they are taken inthe stock.
The batches for mixing the RawMaterials are weighed electronically so that precise quantities aresupplied for mixing. Our company uses Dispersion Kneader and MixingMills to ensure, the required quality of the rubber compound, to beused in the manufacturing process.
The rubber compound is thentested in Rheometer for its curing characteristics and otherphysical testing are also carried out. There after it goes for theMoulding Process.
Our company uses modern RubberMoulding technology by using Desma Rubber Injection MouldingMachine & Tung yu Vacuum Moulding Machines manufacturing RubberProducts, which assures excellent flawless quality.
We use specialized machines tofinish the Rubber Products and each and every product manufacturedis physically checked to ensure that the Rubber Products deliveredis an absolute zero defect lot.
Rubber Products made are storedin a separate storage area to protect the same from ultravioletrays and dusting.
We have as a part of our group aseparate company which specializes in making precise quality tools,dies and moulds, which are important for quality of the finishedproduct.
The said separate company alsotakes care of all the activities of the need for metal inserts andother tool room related needs of our company.
QUALITYCONTROL
Our company has a full fledgedin-house physical testing & chemical analysis laboratory whichcarries out all the important tests required during the process ofmanufacturing rubber products and also on the finished products soas to assure the quality of the final output. We carry out all thecritical tests at various stages of production right from theapproval of Raw Material, quality of Rubber Compound, and finallyto the Rubber Moulded Product.
The equipments in the laboratoryinclude Tensile Testing Machine, Profile Projector, Oscillatingdisc Rheometer, DIN- type Abrasion Tester.
