3.Synchronization of single machine:Bosch servo valve,Linear scale and cnc computer used as close loop system. When theram moves, right and left side linear scale will inspect the movepositions of both cylinder and feed back the signal to cnccomputer, then the computer will control the bosh serve valve toadjust speed of both cylinders to make sure the ram with goodparallelism of the ram with good accuracy.

4.Through computer, the operator could communicatewith machine. The computer has several service language, calculateand adjust the bending force automatically. Also it could calculateand control the dead point, speed changing point. The strokes (Y1,Y2) of ram could make a small till to meet the special requirementof user.
