This letter is to certify and guarantee thatBrazil Consult ltd can provide delivery of large quantities ofcement ranging from minimum 120, 000 Metric Tons per year. Uponsigning the FCO and the Sellers satisfaction of the Buyers Proof ofFunds. Cement allocation numbers will be provided as proof, withcertificates upon request. Please accept this document and itscontents as a NONBINDING, preliminary, document extending BrazilConsult ltd interest on servicing you in your business transaction(s).
