HOW TO USE

Place all of the stones in a pot of water, bring the water to aboil and remove the pot from the stove. Slowly pour the hot wateroff into the sink, and then place the rocks onto a towel. Dry thestones with the towel. Test for temperature by carefully touchingeach stone. When they feel warm to the touch(not hot), place asinstructed on the following pages.

 BACK

Place stones at regular intervals along the spine. This is thecentre of the body and placement here will even out and aid energyflow throughout the body.
