APPLICATIONGUIDE
3.1 Install the unit according towiring diagram, any improper wiring may lead to permanentdamage to the unit;
3.2 Normal AC mains supply, theinverter allows the battery pack charging, trickle charge tomaintain battery performance. Suddeninterruption of the mains AC, then the inverter convertsDC battery powered to ensure thatlighting and security;
3.3 Inverter with multipleprotection functions: charge protection, discharge protection,short circuitprotection;
3.4 To ensure maximum performance ofthe built-in battery, please fully charge the unit for24hours after first installation; Toextend battery life, please contact with howell energy andmake sure charge the battery atleast one time every three months.
3.5 Don''t install top of the hightemperature objects. Please ensure that the operatingambient temperature is below50ºC, and maximum case temperature (tc) not exceeding80ºC;
3.6 Do not operate this unit beyondthe operating supply range;
3.7 In normal use, the battery canbe done 1000 charge/discharge cycles
3.8 Inverter life is more than 2years
3.9 Please make sure not wrongconnect the mains AC, or else will broken the inverter.

NiCDFeatures:
1.The NickelCadmium (NiCD) cell chemistry is the different from NiMH cellchemistry in that the NiCD cell absorbs cadmium where theNiMH cell stores hydrogen .
Cadmium ismuch larger and heavier than hydrogen, which leads to lowervolumetric and gravimetric energy densities of the NiCDcell.
2.The NiCDcycle life and discharge voltage profile are equivalent to NiMH.Also, NiCD’s can be placed into storage at any state ofcharge(SOC).Nevertheless,
the NiCDbattery needs to be completely discharged before it is charged toavoid the occurrence of voltage depression (or memoryeffect).Furthermore,
the primary disadvantage to the use of the NiCD chemistry is theenvironment concerns and health risks associated with the use ofcadmium.
