Our company is integrated in the business group JorgeSL. (Spain) and it is dedicated to the rearing and fattening ofpigs, the production of feed, abattoir, quartering room and hamdrying shed. We are present in the pork market for 75 years now andconsolidated as one of the biggest meat group in Spain. Our mainadvantage is that the holding integrates all the production cycleso the quality of the product is controlled from thebeginning. The cattle has a 25% of Duroc line that togetherwith a controlled feeding provides the ham a high level ofintramuscular infiltration that results in an unique taste andquality.

- Dry cured "Serrano" ham with different curing process,6-9-12-14-16-20 months.
- Iberian dry cured ham, curing process 24 months.
- Middle of Serrano and Iberian ham.
