Description:
Wraps are made from animal products and are sold dried. Used towrap and protect cured meats during the drying process.This is a natural, kiln dried wrap used for the production ofcured meats, pancetta, capocollo, and others. This product can beused wet or dry. We suggest you wet this product if you are using adry recipe mix. If using wet, use cool water or wine and dip for afew seconds to make sure the entire sheet is moist, then lay outflat.
These wraps are used to protect the meat throughout thedrying/curing process.
