This is a wine made with Merlot grapes, with a good grade ofmaturation.
Color: Red ruby.
Bouquet: Shows a mix of aromas of spices and fruits.
Palate: The maturation in an oak cask give to this wineanspecial taste. The smooth tannins leave a great and fixed sensationin the mouth.

Harvest: Grapes from the first week of March 2005.
Stemming: Stemming in an special machine to obtain the juicewithout the crunch of the grape skin.
Fermentation: In an Inox tank with a controlledtemperature of 22 °C
Maturation: In oak cask during 3 months. Them,this wine is bottled and them aging in caves until theliberation
Production:Was made 15.000 bottles of thiswine.
Alcohol: 12% Vol.
Packaging: Presentation of units of 5 liters, or"bag in box" product.
