aroma is a blend of citrus fruit and green apple, with aherbaceous backdrop
accompanied by oak notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodiedwith a pleasant
acidity and ripe fruit avour, nice and a pleasing finish.
This Sauvignon Blanc goes perfect with salmon, ceviche, shellsh,salads and risotto.
This wine is best served between 10 to 12 ºC.
