Product Application:
Berryo is a Frozen Yogurt base. Berryo is unique amongst our rangebecause of its light and refreshing texture and blends well withfresh fruit. Its tart flavour is only enhanced by the addition offresh lemon juice. Berryo contains a blend of four differentstrains of live probiotic cultures and prebiotic fibre and is 99.8%Fat-Free.
Mixing Instructions:
Regular Frozen Yogurt:
1.Pour 4 litres of cool, cleandrinking water into a mixing bucket or other mixingcontainer.
2.Open a bag of berryo powder andpour into the water while stirring with a wire whisk.
3. For best results, blend the mixcontinuously for 10 minutes using a high-shear blender.
4.Alternatively, keep mixing withthe wire-whisk for about 60 seconds or until all the sugar hasdissolved.
5.Allow the mix to stand for 10minutes.
6.Add 80ml-240ml of lemon juice,stir vigorously before putting into soft serve machine and freezedown.
It i natural for liquid yoghurts to show serum-separation duringprolonged preiods of rest, especially if the mix has not undergonehigh-sheer. To alleviate this occurrence, please either use aoft-serve machine with an agitator in the hopper, or stir the mixwith a wire-whisk every 20 minutes.
Note: Utensils used for preparing soft serve mixes must not beused to prepare or store other food products.
