MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Pour 3.5 liters of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grademixing bucket or other mixing container suitable for preparingfood. Open a 1.5kg bag of soft serve powder and pour into the waterwhile mixing with a wire whisk. Keep mixing for about 30 seconds oruntil all the sugar has dissolved. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.Whisk vigorously before putting into soft serve machine and freezedown.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS :
Unopened bags must be stored below 25ºC in a dry store area awayfrom direct light, toxic chemicals, odours, insect- and/or rodentinfestation. once prepared the liquid mix must be stored below 5ºCand used within 3 days.
