- All the colors are made from mineral ore imported from Japanand ground into powder before coloring
- Also the colors painted on pins must be fired at temperature of800 centigrade in order to become molten and then cooled off atnormal temperature.
- Usually we have to fire once after each color painted to ensurethe colors will not be mixed.
- Hard enamel is the most expensive one among the other materialsbecause of the complicated procedures; sophisticated skills andtime consuming in production.
