(2) Is it possible to order less than yourMOQ? Firstly, the minimum quantity is for per color/persize/per style, not for the mix color/size/style, except the stockitems. Most of the items need to meet our minimum quantity, by whichwe can arrange the production directly. If you only want to order small quantity as sample, we alsowould like to offer you if they are in stock, or send the similaritems for reference (3) How is your quality control? We have a professional QC team with the strongsense of responsibility. We maintain tight controlover production from raw materials to finishedproducts. Every working procedure is monitored by ourspecialists to ensure the high quality of ourproducts. The quality of all material is inspected by National CommodityInspection Bureau. The semi-products must pass the inspectionprocedure made by our own QC staff. The final products must tobe inspected by our own QC staff before shipment. (4) If I want wholesale can I enjoydiscount? Generally each order need to be processed with many steps byseveral departments until arrive at you, such as orders-processingdepartment, finance department, assign department, buyerdepartment, inspecting department, logistics department etc. We aretrying our best to control all of the departments to make a goodjob to make sure our customers can receive the goods withsatisfaction. But sometimes mistake might happen due to some staffer''s carelessor transport problem, we are always trying our best to improve ourmanagent and service, as well as other aspects. Quality Problems: If the goodsyou received have quality problem, please kindlyadvise us details including the exact quantity which unqualifiedand close-up pictures to show the problempoints. 2. Color Differences: If the items youreceived are in wrong color, please send us clear picturefor our checking and advise us the quantity at the same time. 3. Received Wrongly-sent items: If youreceive wrong goods, it will be appreciated if you can send usclose-up pictures by below forms: All received ones together with our original packinglabel. Several pieces list separately for closer inspection. Then we will check the problem, and confirm the best solutionwith you. 4. Quantity Problem: If you receive thequantity less than what you ordered, please advise us the specificquantity you received by close-up pictures with scale (the weightof single piece and total weight of this item), so that we cancheck further upon the weight information. 5. Size Problem: If the goods youreceived is in wrong size, please send us pictures of the items together withcalipers or ruler to showthe size you received. 6. Packing Problem: If the goods are notpacked based on your requirements, please advise us the item numberyou refered together with a picture for our checking. 7. Broken Goods: If the goods arrived inbroken status, please check and confirm the quantity, then send usclose-up pictures for checking. We can refund you accordingly once/confirm/i. 8. Missing: If you did not receivean item or some items, please kindly check if they are lost in thecorner of the box, or mix up with other items, or mis-pack in thewrong boxes; if all no, please kindly advise us the total weightyou received and show the pictures of the packinglist.
