Forbest results, fill balloons 1-2 hours prior toevent.

1.    Turn green handle counter-clockwise to openvalve.

2.     Slipballoon neck onto black nozzle until neck fits tightly.

3.     Holdballoon neck firmly between thumb and forefinger at the widest partof the nozzle. Press nozzle down gently to inflate.

4.     Fillballoon to desired size.

5.     Releasethumb pressure on nozzle to stop inflation.

6.     Afterinflating latex balloons, pinch balloon tightly at base of balloonneck and remove from nozzle. For foil balloons, simply remove fromnozzle after inflation, as foil balloons areself-sealing.

7.     Toassure maximum float time, tie a tight knot in the neck of thelatex balloon. Foil balloons do not require aknot. 

8.     Attachribbon of desired length below the knot on latex balloons or thelower neck area of foil balloons.
