1.Fabric & leather: Various coloravailable.

Fabric:   a: Flax & cotton cloth ---- warm inwinter, cool in summer, environmental protection, unshrinking.
b: Tomenta fabric ---- antipollution, water proof, staticproof.

Leather:  a: import top grain leather PVC;

2.Wood: 

main frame: 4*6CM; assistant frame: 3*5CM; solid hardwood,undergone 3 kinds of treatment:

a: drying--- water content is 11%--13%, meeting theinternational occean transport standard;

b: worm-proof & bacteria-proof---to prevent bristletail;

c: shaving & polishing---no bark, comply with nationalstandard.

Wood frame joints are conducted with spike & nails, using asmall piece of triangle wood to reinforce its internal structurefor durability and non-deformation. Coating is the high-qualitylaminated plywood to modify and specify its shape and design.

3.Sponge:

High density, high resilience rebound sponge. No sagging. Whenyou sit on it, you’ll feel its coziness and comfort. Reach thenational certificate for sponge, top grade: 3A. finely cut and isenvironmental protection adhesive is used for the attachment on theframe.

4.Filler:

Doll cotton is use as cushion, have to undergo sterilization,deodorization and drying. Or specially treated feather to make itsofter, more elegant and most importantly more comfortable.

5. Detailed raw material:

1) snake spring steel wire (diameter 3—4mm) as meridian line,and intersperse with elastic (width 6—7cm) as parallel line;

2) then is the cushion paralle net—to disperse the pressure fromthe cushion, so that the impact on the snake spring and elastic isevenly allocated;

3) moleskin is applied to separate the sponge on the frame andthe sofa cover----sofa cover is detachable and washable, so themoleskin is to pretect the sponge from water or dust.

4) adhesive: hazardous substances meet the GB18581 standardrequirements.

5) sofa legs are either wood or metal, depends on customers’requirement.

 

Packing: four layer package:

 

1)      thin plastic bag;

2)      hard cardboard for corner andedge protection;

3)      pearl cotton;

4)      nylon fiber bag;

5)      the legs are removed and packedseparately.
