All Titanium bolts are made to exacting standards using thefollowing procedures and specifications:

• The Head is forged and then CNC machined.

• The threads are rolled onto the bolt shaft toreduce stress raising areas caused by machined threads used on somebolts.

• The finished part is shot peened and polished togive an attractive high quality finish.

• Compliant with relevant standards, DeutschesInstitut Fur Normung (DIN) with regard to shaft dimensions, threadand tolerances (note that the head height is reduced compared to aDIN standard bolt).
