Ningxia Ruby Goji Company produces all its products from select USDA NOP Organic Certified or China Green Certificate goji berries in our modern, hygienic facilities with the highest standards of quality control. Our production standards are modeled on our Xi''an parent company which manufactures plant extracts in a pharmaceutical level GMP certified production facility.
Our customers will note that the Ruby Goji Standards on our Certificates of Analysis are the most stringent in the industry. We guarantee extremely low levels of sulfides, heavy metals and microbiological plate counts; no detectable pesticide residues; and consistently high levels of LBP polysaccharides and other signature goji nutrients.
Dried Goji Berries: All of our Ruby Goji dried berries are dried using indoor driers in highly sanitary conditions without using any sulfides. Traditional sun-dried goji rely on the heavy use of sulfides to preserve the berry in unsanitary outdoor conditions, but they still may have high bacterial counts. They are often dried on or near roads which may also expose them to contamination. For these reasons, none of our products are dried outdoors in the traditional way.
Main Use: Snack food, Chinese cooking, Traditional Chinese Medicine, used like raisins in Western baking and cooking.
