Destoner
The suction gravity stoner is mainly applicable for grainprocessing factories to separate from wheat and rice theimpurities, which have higher specific gravity than that the grainhas, such as stones of approximately the same size and shame withgrain kernels. It also can be used to separate heavy impuritiesfrom other grains.
Using the difference of specific gravity and suspending speedbetween grains and stones, and by means of air stream passing upthrough space of grain kernels, the stoner separates stones fromgrains. The heavy impurities such as stones having the same sizeand shame with grain kernels are in the lower layer and move to thestone outlet by means of directional, slope and reciprocatingmovement of stoning sieve plate, while grains floating in the upperlayer roll under self gravity to discharge outlet, so as toseparate from grains the stones having the same size and shame withgrain kernels.
Destoner (TQSX series1.5-7.5t/h)The destoner exploits the property difference in the weight andsuspension velocity of grain and stone to grade them.
