Mini line for the pasteurization of fresh/powder milk for theproduction of set and drinkable flavored yoghurt
The line can produce different types of yogurt (set, stirred,flavoured) from fresh or powder milk.
It s a classic mini-dairy which includes receiving, heating, fermentation and packaging.
Production rate: max. 1.000 lt/day
Raw materials : fresh or powder milk
Final product: different types of yoghurt
Final product packaging : PP or PS cups with lid and/orbottles
The system of simple conception and use allows to heat milk upto pasteurisation
temperatures , to cool and to prepare set, stirred andflavoured yoghurt, fermented milk
The line includes:
Boiler complete with gas burner for the production of water
Preparation/pasteurization tank of 600 lt. capacity withthermometer and stirrer
Manual filling system for bottles
Automatic filling and sealing machine for cups up to 250ml. complete with cup dispenser, volumetric fillingsystem, lid dispenser, heatsealing head (in case of aluminium lids), date printer
Complete integrated CIP system with hoses and valves
Centrifuge pump for CIP
