Linear vibrating filler machine totally manufactured instainless steel AISI 304, to able to fill fruit and vegetables intocontainers of different sizes, without any change format.
The machine is mainly composed by the following:
- Product loading big hopper, with chain bucket (made ofpolypropylene) elevator, motorized by gear-box controlled byfrequency converter Lenze.
- Dispenser device to load the product in the best way on all thesurface of the inclined vibrating chute.
- Inclined and shaped vibrating chute L. 0, 8mt. made of S.S. AISI304.
- Jars transportation by means of trapezoidal rope-belt suitable tocome in contact with food product approval by FDA, motorized bygear-box controlled by frequency converter Lenze.
- Shaking of the jars under the filling area in order to minimizeempty spaces into the filled jars, given by a motor with aneccentric mechanism.
- Shaking and inclination of the jars after the filling, to obtainthe correct volume filling. All above mentioned shaking areintensity adjustable.
- Two return bands to able to come in contact with food productapproval by FDA, to feed-back to the loading hopper the productdrops-out of the jars because of overloading, motorized bygear-box.
- Stainless steel AISI 304 electrical panel, with low voltagecontrols 24V.
- The machine is very simple and strong, doesn''t needs peculiarmaintenance.
