Clean and Maintain:
Clean themachine with Nitrocellulose lacquer thinner , acetone orxylene immediately after using. Fill Nitrocellulose lacquer thinner, acetone or xylene into material cup and turn on the switchvalve, when the washing agent begin to flow out, put perfusion headinto the material cup for cyclical washing. For better cleaningeffect, trun on and turn off switch valve consecutively for severaltimes so that the hose can produce pressure easily. Keep washingfor 5~10minutes if using acetone, and 10~15minutes if using xylene.The washing agent should flow into garbage can whenfinish.
Filllubrication oil into material cup and let it cycles one time formaintenance.
