Feature of concretemixer
1. The tank body uses doublehelical blades that makes its density moderate, with symmetricalmixing board on the front taper place; double blades and guidingblades of discharge are installed on the outlet of tank, whichmakes the discharge more evenly, faster in speed, and convenientfor the pumping transportation of other devices (such as automobilepump).
2.The tank body adopts thedomestic first submerged arc welding technology which makes it moresolid in strength and more beautiful in appearance. The linkedparts of the tank body use bounded construction which can extendits service life. The seal head adopts German cold spinningtechnology that makes it sleek and fine in appearance. And sixreinforcement plates are installed inside the seal head and canincrease its wear resistance.
3.Low angle for mixing drum canextend the service life of hydraulic pump, motor and reducer. Thesub frame uses high intensity square tube with damping in thecentral area that can play role when vehicle is at full load andunder the bad conditions of road, which can lower the center ofgravity of truck and make it move more smoothly.
